Ohio State and the greater Columbus community offer seemingly an infinite amount of resources to advance our mental well-being, but how do we know what is accessible as students? This presentation will serve as an introduction to just a few of the FREE resources that exist on, or close proximity to, campus and how students can set meaningful goals around their mental well-being both on and off campus.
