SHS - TDAP/Hep B/Meningococcal Vaccine Clinic

TDAP, Hepatitis B, and Meningococcal vaccines are given at this clinic by appointment only. Please be sure you are available at the time that is scheduled. We will be seeing patients in the order they are scheduled, not in the order they arrive. Arriving more than 20 minutes late will result in appointment cancelation, and you will need to re-schedule to receive the vaccine.

Appointments can be scheduled:

  • Online via MyBuckMD (Select  this date and Vaccine Clinic - TDAP/Hep B/Men for the appointment reason)
  • By Phone with Advice/Appointments - (614) 292-4321

When you arrive for your appointment, please swipe your BuckID at a self-check-in kiosk on the ground floor, then head to the first floor conference rooms to receive the vaccine.

Please bring your BuckID and your insurance information to the appointment.

**Please be sure to dress appropriately so the medical provider has easy access to your upper arm, as there are no changing rooms at the clinic.**
