Ujima Leadership Collective

The Ujima Leadership Collective is a network and consortium of Black Ohio State student organization presidents and student leaders from the "bOSU" community.

The term Ujima means collective work and responsibility and is a guiding principle in fostering synergy and collaboration across the 40+ student groups that have a focus on identities, initiatives and resources impacting African and African American communities.
