Food, Sleep, and Exercise Strategies for Mental Health is a CCS drop-in workshop.

A four part workshop series to help students learn strategies using food sleep and exercise for improvement of mental health. This will include an overview of strategies, a sample food list, discussion, as well as an opportunity to ask questions and address barriers to using food, sleep, and exercise strategies to improve mental health.
