Join us as we kick off our book club event where we will meet with author, speaker, and advocate Ally Pesta as she shares her memoir titled Beyond My Body: Recovering from a Complex Eating Disorder, Reclaiming Movement, and Finding My Worth. Ally will share about her own journey, why she wrote her book, provide space for connection on thought-provoking questions related to finding purpose beyond your body, and Q&A.
