• Title: Student Programming Assistant

Verich Luu (he/him/his) is a 3rd year student majoring in Computer Science and Engineering with a specialization in Software Engineering. He is from Columbus, Ohio.

In the Center for Belonging and Social Change, Verich works as a Programming Assistant supporting LGBTQ student initiatives. Outside of the center, he is a part of the Ohio State Club Tennis team and enjoys going to VSA events.

Verich chose to work for the Center of Belonging & Social Change because he says that the CBSC has opened up so many avenues for him to explore his identity and how much they intersect with one another. At the CBSC, he is able to work on creating uplifting and supportive environments for LGBTQ+ students while being able to safely discuss issues and expereinces with the many communities he identifies with.
